Participation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

After a successful application, you will receive a confirmation letter and an invoice. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations up to 14 days in advance will be charged 50% of the participation fee. After that, the full amount of fee is claimed.

If you cancel within the two weeks prior to the start of the program, the participation fee is to be paid in full.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to name a substitute participant free of charge. We reserve the right to cancel a seminar, e.g. if lecturers are unable to attend. Cancellations or changes, especially in the case of a lecturer change, will be communicated immediately. If a seminar is cancelled, the participation fee already paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intent and gross negligence. This clause is subject to changes and errors.

Statements, Photography & Video Release

The Die TUM Campus Heilbronn gGmbH reserves the right to take photos and video recordings at events and to distribute them subsequently via websites, social media channels and print publications. With the binding registration for an event, the participant agrees to the use of the pictures within the above-mentioned framework.


Possible discounts on participation fees can be found in the descriptions of the programs on our website. Please note that discounts are usually linked to certain conditions, require written proof at the time of registration/application (e.g. membership with a partner organization), and in some cases can only be granted within a certain period of time (e.g. Early Bird Discounts).
We only grant one discount per person and program. Discounts can`t be combined. If we offer several discounts of different amounts for a program and you qualify for more than one discount, we will grant the discount that represents the greatest possible reduction in participation fees for you.
