In the context of digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI) is a topic that companies need to address. This can result in a competitive advantage for companies if it is implemented in a targeted manner, or it can have negative consequences, such as resistance and uncertainty among employees. Many questions are currently being asked: How do I deal with the introduction of AI? What effect will AI have on my role? How will we work together in teams with AI in the future? How can AI be implemented in a targeted and successful way?

In order to be able to use the changes in the company brought about by AI as an opportunity, acceptance and understanding must be ensured among all those involved. A human-centered approach is essential for such a complex change in the world of work.

Statement

I can fully recommend the course.
"I can fully recommend the course. The use of modern presentation tools was effective, and the participants were very well involved. The organization, the presentation, the facilities, and of course the lecturers all created a pleasant learning environment. They were two true experts from the research field. The technology is still very new and is currently in a phase of researching what it can and cannot be used for. Therefore, the theoretical background was very interesting. We are currently experimenting with language AI models to extract information from existing documents, for example, to simplify onboarding processes."

An inspiring seminar on AI and collaboration.
"The speakers provided sound scientific input and consistently stimulated thought. The interactive group work sessions featured lively exchanges in a pleasant atmosphere. It was very valuable to hear the different perspectives, as we all face similar challenges when it comes to AI. It was interesting to see who stands where. The innovative, modern campus was the ideal location for this forward-looking topic. I highly recommend the seminar."

AI is not just a technical challenge, but also a human one.
„Many companies are faced with the question of how they can meaningfully integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their existing structures. Yet, human factors such as acceptance and trust in the change process are often neglected. How can we convince employees of the benefits of AI? How do we create an environment in which AI is seen as a support and not a threat?“

A successful AI implementation is a change process that affects everyone.
„The implementation of AI can have a profound impact on working methods and team dynamics. Managers are faced with the challenge of shaping these changes in a human-centred way. How will AI affect collaboration in teams? What challenges and resistance could arise? Only through proactive and well-planned change management can companies realize the full benefits of AI.“

I enjoyed the seminar a lot. It is interactive, exciting and offers a balanced mix of theory and practice.
„The dialogue between the lecturers and participants is very vibrant. Knowledge is imparted, but there are also many opportunities to get actively involved. My key takeaway is that the use of artificial intelligence is not easy, and therefore many aspects have to be considered that you might not even think about beforehand.“

The round table encourages open dialogue and creates a very dynamic atmosphere.
„I have learnt here that many questions that concern me on the subject of artificial intelligence are omnipresent. This demonstrates how relevant the topic is. The dialogue with each other offers the opportunity to identify use cases together and gain new insights. I definitely recommend the workshop as the communication is fantastic and the networking opportunities at regional level are a major benefit.“
