In the context of digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI) is a topic that companies need to address. This can result in a competitive advantage for companies if it is implemented in a targeted manner, or it can have negative consequences, such as resistance and uncertainty among employees. Many questions are currently being asked: How do I deal with the introduction of AI? What effect will AI have on my role? How will we work together in teams with AI in the future? How can AI be implemented in a targeted and successful way?
In order to be able to use the changes in the company brought about by AI as an opportunity, acceptance and understanding must be ensured among all those involved. A human-centered approach is essential for such a complex change in the world of work.

What we offer you
Within the course, participants will learn strategies to reduce uncertainty when integrating AI into company processes.
The compact course combines theoretical knowledge with application-orientated practical relevance. Through guided reflection and small group work, participants learn how the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) can succeed for their company in a human-centred way and what impact AI has on their own role.
